Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare & serve beverages to customers.

- Ensure consistent drink quality & presentation.
- Recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
- Engage with customer in a friendly & professional manner.
- Able to handle special request or complaints politely & promptly.
- Monitor counter stock & restock as needed.
- Assist in monthly stock-taking & reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, tools and equipment.
- Strictly follow the hygiene & safety regulations
- Food hygiene certification & barista related experiences preferred
