BARBER

The Senior Barber is responsible for providing professional barbering services and ensuring high standards of grooming, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role includes supervising junior barbers, maintaining service quality, and supporting daily salon operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional haircuts, beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services

Consult with customers to understand their style and grooming preferences

Supervise and guide junior barbers and assistants

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of tools and workstations

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations

Manage daily workstation setup and closing procedures

Assist in inventory control of barber tools, products, and supplies

Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally

Support salon promotions and customer retention activities

Requirements & Skills

Strong understanding of salon hygiene and sterilization procedures

Safe handling of razors, blades, and sharp tools

Compliance with workplace safety and health standards

Cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and common areas

Proven experience as a Barber or Senior Barber

Strong knowledge of modern and traditional barbering techniques

Ability to train and supervise junior staff

Good customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Certificate or diploma in barbering / hairdressing (preferred)

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
