As a Barber

You need the following requirements:

- Adhere to highest quality of barbering standards for haircuts, beard trims and shaves.

- Able to perform Head Massage and Hot oil Head massage

- Able to shave hair for newborn babies using traditional method (using blade)

- Able to apply Henna colouring

. Determine, understand and recommend suitable service & products to clients by conferring with them in details

. Cross sell or up sell products and packages as and when there is an opportunity, provide sufficient information on various service and product features.

. Uphold service standards by ensuring high level of excellent customer service.

. Keep work station clean and sanitize tools, such as scissors and combs

. Maintain cleanliness, neatness and tidiness of workstation.

. Able to cut, trim and shape hair using clippers, scissors, trimmers and razors

. Bleach, dye or tint hair

. Perform wet shaving using cut throat razor

Requirements

• Excellent customer services attitude
• Minimum 5 years experience in hair care, styling and color.
• Can confidently conduct hair evaluation on diverse hair types and damage levels.
• Creative, Passionate and curious team player.
• Has a passion for understanding how hair products work and how to make them better.
• Must have experience on diverse hair types.
• Team player with outgoing and positive personality
• Stamina to stand for long hours.
• Dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Working Hours: 10.00 AM - 10.00PM
• 6 day work with 2 hours break
• Need to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
• Must be able to work with Tamil Speaking Clients and Colleagues
