Bar Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service
- Lead, train and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent hospitality
- Curate and manage beverage menus including cocktails, wines and specialty drinks
- Manage inventory, ordering and stock control
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure health & safety compliance
Requirement:
- Previous experiences as a Bar Manager or senior Bartender preferred
- Strong leadership, communication skills and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of cocktails, wines and beverage trends
- Able to always hands-on and demonstrate team-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and good team spirit
- Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
