Bar Manager

1-Alfaro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead and oversee bar operations across its venues. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, managing bar staff, and driving beverage sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all bar operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain service excellence and adherence to company standards.

• Develop and implement beverage programs, seasonal offerings, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and engagement.

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.

• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to deliver seamless food and beverage experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in senior bar leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
