Job Description
- Coordinate and manage all banquet events including weddings, corporate functions, and member gatherings.
- Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
- Lead and train banquet service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment ensure timely requisitions and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and club standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with members, anticipating needs and ensuring personalized service.
- Handle feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet operations.
- Prepare event reports, staff schedules, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality or banquet setting
- Able to work under pressure, including long or split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- In-depth knowledge of banquet setup, service flow, and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Must be capable of handling event setup and operational tasks.
