Salary: $2,800 - $3,000 per month

Working Hours

• 6-day work week
• 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Working hours may vary based on operational and event requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee banquet events from setup through completion, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise event setup, service, and teardown while maintaining service quality and timelines.
• Lead, coach, and motivate banquet service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor banquet equipment and inventory, ensuring sufficient stock and proper maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing professional and personalised service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support budgeting, cost control, staff scheduling, revenue tracking, event reporting, and other administrative duties.
• Assist with daily banquet operations, including service flow, POS operations, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Customer-focused, hands-on, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours according to operational needs.
