Overview

This is a permanent role with a Local Bank in Singapore within the Retail and Personal Financial Services function. The position focuses on delivering financial solutions to Personal and Business Banking customers, helping them manage their finances and achieve their financial goals.

As a Personal Wealth Executive, you will provide financial advisory to mass-market customers, combining client engagement, product advisory, and sales execution. The role includes a structured training program and is open to Diploma / Degree Graduates without relevant work experience or certifications in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Provide financial advisory and investment solutions aligned with clients financial planning needs
• Build and deepen relationships with assigned clients
• Deliver banking solutions across deposits, insurance, loans, and investment products
• Create positive and consistent banking experiences for customers
• Leverage the Bank's network to achieve individual sales targets
• Ensure accurate execution of sales processes and documentation
• Adhere to the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g. FAA and other statutory Acts)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A recognised university degree
• A results-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven mindset
• Ability to engage and manage both internal and external clients
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Resourcefulness and ability to work with minimal supervision
