My client, a globally recognised law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Singapore office – working in their Banking & Finance team.

You'll be part of an experienced team or Lawyers and Support Staff, working on a variety of Banking & Finance, Corporate and Capital Market matters.

As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Preparing draft transaction documents and corporate authorisations
• Conducting court and company searches
• Liaising with clients and service providers
• Preparing fee estimates and engagement letters
• Conducting legal research
• Managing compliance processes and assisting with conflict searches

+ much more.

To be considered for this new Paralegal opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:

• Have a diploma in Paralegal studies
• Have a minimum of three years in a law firm working as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Company Secretary
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• Mandarin language skills would be an advantage but not essential
