The team is renowned for its expertise in banking, structured finance, and corporate transactions, regularly advising on high-value, cross-border deals. It is consistently ranked in leading legal directories for its technical excellence and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise international and regional banks on lender-side financing matters.
• Represent funds and corporates on borrower-side transactions.
• Support joint ventures, pre-IPO structuring, and private equity deals (acquisitions and disposals).
• Collaborate within a team that prioritises precision, innovation, and strategic thinking.

Candidate Requirements:

• 37 years PQE from a Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g., England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland).
• Strong foundation in Banking & Finance law.
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness.
• Currently based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
