. Create journeys: Convert business or technical recommendations into actual customer journeys or screens and suggest the proper UX implementation.
. Plan delivery: Accurately estimate work effort and timelines based on design scope.
. Design solutions: Produce wireframes, flows, application screens, and interactive Figma prototypes.
. Ideate: Ground decisions in UX heuristics, usability principles, and user needs.
. Leverage tools: Use Figma and JIRA to collaborate with product and engineering teams. Figma mastery is a must.
. Build UI components: Design interface elements consistent with our Design System.
. Maintain design consistency: Ensure proper use and maintenance of Figma components and adherence to the Design System.
. Create user aligned content: Collaborate with other teams to design EDMs, banners, and informational content that communicate effectively and align with UX principles of clarity, hierarchy, and user guidance.
. Align and advocate: articulate UX rationale in stakeholder friendly language
. Perform DQA: conduct systematic checks to verify that implemented screens maintain the integrity and intent of the original design.
