Looking for customer-centric bank tellers!

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with Bank Tellers/ Customer Service Representatives
  • Focus: Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank)
  • Office Location:Islandwide Banking Branches
  • 3 weeks training in either East/ West
  • Working Hours: 8.10am - 5pm or 9.40am - 6.30pm
  • 5.5 days work week including saturday till 1pm

The Job

  • Responding promptly to customer call inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer requests
  • Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services
  • Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve all customer queries and requests
  • Consistently meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
  • Adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow colleagues

The Talent

  • No experience required
  • Prior experience in call centres or customer service is preferred
  • Min. Education Diploma & above
  • Able to handle administrative matters
  • Patient, calm and passionate in assisting customers
  • Decent multi-tasking skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful
  • A fast learner who can apply critical thinking skills and has good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in Microsoft Word, Excel
