Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the branch by handling over-the-counter transactions such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and safe deposit box services.
- Respond to customer enquiries through face-to-face interactions and phone calls, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
- Promote and introduce relevant banking products and services (e.g.accounts, credit cards, loans) based on customer needs.
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and balancing to ensure accuracy of all transactions processed.
- Handle petty cash administration, including staff claims and reimbursements.
- Maintain proper documentation and carry out basic administrative tasks to support branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
- Support the branch team with ad-hoc duties and operational tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Posses GCE O Level Education & Above, preferably with customer-facing or banking experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy and the ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to operational needs.
