Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:45 AM to 1:00 PM
- One Saturday off per month
- No Sunday or night-banking duties
Training will be provided, and the position offers good opportunities for career progression.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient frontline service to customers.
- Process savings account and fixed deposit transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with safe deposit box services and other over-the-counter banking services.
- Handle cash and customer transactions in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer enquiries and ensure a positive service experience.
- Perform other branch-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates currently pursuing a part-time diploma are welcome to apply.
- Customer-focused, responsible and able to communicate professionally.
- Careful and accurate when handling cash and financial transactions.
- Able to work on Saturday mornings, with one Saturday off per month.
- Willing to be deployed or transferred between branches when required.
- Comfortable using computers and able to learn banking systems and software.
- Possess basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates without banking experience but with customer service, retail or cashiering experience are encouraged to apply.
