Securities Transfers
. Process securities transfer requests accurately and within timelines.
. Follow up and resolve failed or outstanding transfers.
. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Controls & Risk Management
. Monitor and investigate stock and cash breaks.
. Perform daily control checks and risk assessments.
. Escalate any issues or deviations promptly.

Query Management
. Respond to and resolve operational queries.
. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Process Improvement
. Identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
. 3-5 years of experience in banking operations.
