Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and banking procedures.
Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver appropriate banking solutions.
Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and industry developments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Prior experience in relationship management, sales, business development, customer service, or the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of banking products and financial services is preferred.
