Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify clients financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Proactively acquire new customers through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Provide professional financial advice and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell banking products such as deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions where applicable.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure clients financial objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and banking procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver appropriate banking solutions.
  • Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and industry developments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in relationship management, sales, business development, customer service, or the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
  • Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and financial services is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to be based in Singapore.
  • Language required: English, Mandarin
