6 Months Contract, Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.30 am - 6pm
Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service experience for customers
  • Manage the reception team as administrative leader and engage with business functions to align development and functional responsibilities
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and plan the business travel arrangements - coordinate flight and accommodation booking
  • Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in related disciplines with minimally 3 years of relevant working experience as receptionist/front desk officer
  • Excellent command of English (Spoken and Written)
