6 Months Contract, Monday to Friday Working hours: 8.30 am - 6pm Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service experience for customers
Manage the reception team as administrative leader and engage with business functions to align development and functional responsibilities
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Manage and plan the business travel arrangements - coordinate flight and accommodation booking
Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of meeting/conference rooms.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in related disciplines with minimally 3 years of relevant working experience as receptionist/front desk officer
Excellent command of English (Spoken and Written)
