Bank Operations Officer (Perm, Foreign Bank)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process remittance transactions
- Prepare swift payments
- Monitor interest rates fixing and loan funding
- Process loans drawdown / rollover / repayment
- Create and update loan limit and collateral details onto system
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2-3 years relevant back office processing experience in Banks
- Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in SWIFT processing is an added advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with clients & counterparts from China/Taiwan/HK)
