Responsibilities
- Review transactions alerted by the filtering system and apply the decision grid to determine within the timescale defined
- Identify the obvious false positive alerts that need to be released for final processing
- Escalate the true alerts for investigation.
- Contribute to an efficient treatment of alerts by the team in the defined timescale
- Providing feedback on the nature of alerts in the context of unusual circumstances
- Perform cross team (night or day shifts) coverage as and when required
Requirements
- Prior banking experience
- Knowledge of compliance procedures
