Job scope:
. Follow up on leads to offer repricing for both proactive and reactive cases for retention.

. Submit repricing applications in WAA for approval.

. Collate monthly report for on-boarding of 3Ps for the whole team.

. Prepare Fact Sheet (RPLFS).

. Cover duties and provide backup for printing of Los.

. Mail LAs / arrange to courier LOs to clients.

. Collate and debit repricing fees to be sent to PSC-Branch Support

. Batching of LOs to RCDA to RCDA-IS

. Need to make outbound calls to customers when required
