Job Description

Our client is a regional Private Equity firm with a strong track record in the region. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for an Operations Associate, it is a contract role and the role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team in on-boarding new funds, special purpose vehicles and other legal entities
  • Liaise with bankers, custodians and brokers to open new accounts
  • Handle internal and external KYC requests including annual review by banks and service providers
  • Manage and monitor filing requirements under the relevant authorities and ensure filing due dates are met.
  • Work with external agent on filing requirements, KYC/AML matters and monitoring of the progress.
  • Support fund operational functions to ensure the timely payments and smooth transaction operation
  • Other ad-hoc fund operation tasks

Key requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in bank opening, KYC, documents experience
  • Bachelor degree or diploma holder
  • Team player, meticulous, diligent
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
