Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Actively understand customers financial needs and provide timely, accurate and appropriate financial advice aligned with their banking requirements
- Deliver financial advisory services to bank customers through the Bank's network, tele-consulting and internal referrals, with the objective of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, diligence and integrity in all advisory interactions
- Ensure full compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements, including proper documentation and advisory procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a recognized University Degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Relevant accreditations such as CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A, and HI are preferred
- Proven track record in sales performance and client engagement will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
