Job Description:
.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bakery staff, including bakers and assistants.
.Ensure all baked goods (breads, pastries, cakes, desserts) meet high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
.Develop and implement standardized recipes, production schedules, and portion controls.
.Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve team skills and performance.
.Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies place orders and manage vendor relationships.
.Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
.Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
.Collaborate with management to develop new products, seasonal menus, and promotional offers.
.Manage food costs, waste reduction, and budgetary targets.
.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special orders professionally.
.Prepare production reports and assist with staff scheduling.
