Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes, breads, and pastries according to standard recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately for consistency
- Operate ovens, mixers, and baking equipment safely
- Monitor baking process (timing, temperature, quality)
- Perform basic finishing (slicing, glazing, simple decoration)
- Maintain product quality, consistency, and portion control
- Follow FIFO and minimise wastage
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Assist with ingredient preparation, stock checks, and storage
- Support daily kitchen operations and teamwork
Requirements
- Experience in bakery / kitchen / F&B preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking and equipment handling
- Able to follow recipes and production schedules
- Physically fit and comfortable working in hot environment
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Team player with good working attitude
