Job Summary
You will prepare, bake, and present a variety of breads and pastries daily, manage bakery opening and closing, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely completion of baked goods while adhering to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Mix, prepare, and bake breads and pastries according to recipes to ensure consistent product quality
- Open the bakery each morning and close it in the evening, managing daily operational tasks
- Arrange the display case attractively to enhance product presentation and customer appeal
- Order supplies timely to maintain adequate inventory levels for uninterrupted bakery operations
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production schedules and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure all baked goods are completed on time for bakery opening to meet customer demand
- Read and follow recipes accurately to maintain product consistency and quality
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with hygiene standards
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict production deadlines and support bakery workflow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of baking experience, specifically in bread production
