Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Production & Preparation: Prepare a wide variety of goods (cakes, pastries, cookies, breads) according to recipes, measuring ingredients precisely to ensure consistency.
  • Decoration & Plating: Decorate and present items for display, banquets, or specific orders.
  • Quality & Safety Control: Adhere to health and safety standards (sanitation, food safety) and perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management: Maintain an inventory of ingredients, order supplies, and keep equipment, such as ovens and mixers, clean and functional.
