Baker (Central Kitchen)
Working days: 4 Days Off per Month
Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Sat: 7:30am - 12:30pm
Rest Time: 30min - 1 hour
Salary: $2300 - $3000
Location: Bedok
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads and other bakery products according to recipes and production requirements.
- Measure, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake dough.
- Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, size, texture, and appearance.
- Follow daily production schedules and meet required production quantities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with packing and storage of finished products when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a commercial/central kitchen is preferred.
- Knowledge of bread-making and basic baking techniques.
- Able to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
- Able to operate basic bakery equipment.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
