Job Description & Requirements
The Baked Goods Products Machine Operator is responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and other dough. The ideal candidate is well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations.
Duties & Responsibilities
. Prepare, bake and present a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
. Monitor stocks for baking ingredients
. Maintain a high level of food hygiene and safety standards .
. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance of the work area.
. Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitized it at all times.
. Comply baking and equipment procedure with the established standards.
Requirements
. At least 2 years of experience in the pastry central production department
. A good team player who works well with others
. Positive attitude
. Multi-tasking and good attitude.
. Able to work in fast pace environment during peak hours.
. Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
. Required to work on night shift, weekends & public holidays.
. Able to work OT if required.
