Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5.30pm, Friday (Hybrid Working Arrangement)
We are looking for a Backend Developer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining backend services for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java, follows clean coding principles, and is comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for web and mobile applications.
Build scalable and secure server-side logic using Kotlin and/or Java.
Integrate backend services with databases, third-party APIs, and internal systems.
Collaborate with Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, QA, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues across environments.
Assist in the architectural design and improvement of backend systems and microservices.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and performance standards.
