Backend / Full Stack Engineer (AI Applications)

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company to hire Backend / Full Stack Engineers who are passionate about building AI-powered products and large-scale business systems.

This role is ideal for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals who have also explored AI applications, intelligent workflows, automation platforms, or LLM-powered products in real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and internal platforms

• Build and maintain business-critical systems with high reliability and performance requirements

• Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to deliver intelligent product capabilities

• Integrate LLMs, AI services, and automation workflows into production systems

• Improve architecture, system scalability, observability, and engineering efficiency

• Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and best engineering practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong coding skills in Java, Golang, or Python

• Solid understanding of microservices, databases, caching, message queues, APIs, and distributed systems

• Experience building production-grade backend systems

• Familiarity with AI applications, AI workflows, agents, LLM integrations, or intelligent automation solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills and product awareness

Preferred

• Full Stack experience with React, Vue, or modern frontend frameworks

• Experience building AI-native products or AI-powered SaaS platforms

• Experience with workflow orchestration, agent frameworks, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI product development

• Strong interest in applying AI to solve real business problems
