Backend / Full Stack Engineer (AI Agent Platform)

We are partnering with a fast-growing product technology company to hire Backend / Full Stack Engineers who are passionate about building AI-powered products and next-generation business platforms.

This is a newly formed AI Agent team focused on developing AI solutions for real business use cases across multiple product domains. You'll work on AI-native applications that help accelerate business workflows, automate complex processes, and deliver intelligent product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and AI-powered platforms

• Build AI Agent applications and intelligent workflow solutions for business teams

• Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities

• Integrate LLMs, AI services, and automation frameworks into large-scale systems

• Improve system architecture, scalability, reliability, and engineering best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, databases, caching, messaging systems, and APIs

• Experience building scalable production backend systems

• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or intelligent automation

• Excellent problem-solving skills and product mindset

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, LLM integration, RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, or workflow orchestration

• Experience building AI-native products or AI-powered business applications
