We provide users worldwide with access to Bitcoin mining by renting computing power, eliminating the need for physical hardware ownership. As we continue to scale, we are expanding our backend engineering team to build a secure, efficient, and scalable Web3 infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced backend engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. You will play a key role in building the backbone of our platform by designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power our applications and services. Your work will directly impact user experience, system reliability, and overall product quality.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure backend systems and APIs using GoLang.
- Develop and maintain backend server systems to support large-scale, high-concurrency business operations.
- Integrate external services such as wallets, mining management systems, and financial infrastructure.
- Participate in backend architecture design and contribute to overall technical system planning.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless platform experiences.
- Ensure system reliability, security, scalability, and performance through best engineering practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve backend production issues promptly.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Document system architecture, APIs, technical workflows, and contribute to technical documentation standards.
- Mentor and support junior developers when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 4 years of backend/server-side development experience.
- Mandatory FinTech experience, specifically in crypto exchanges, derivatives, options, or spot trading platforms
- Experience in building highly concurrent and highly available backend systems is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Go (Golang) backend development with strong scalability and reliability concepts.
- Solid understanding of TDD principles, computer systems, algorithms, and data structures.
- Familiar with web frameworks, RESTful APIs, HTTP/HTTPS/WebSocket protocols, web security, and Linux environments.
- Skilled in MySQL and Redis, including database design and SQL optimization.
- Experience with financial system backends (profit calculation, settlements, incentives).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and proactive learning skills.
- Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and development tools.
