Job Scope:
- Answering taxpayers general individual income tax enquiry email. You may be required to initiate a call to taxpayer when attending to such enquiries.
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of e-services and chatbot.
- Any other administrative work that may be assigned to you from time to time.
- Encourage the fulfilment of taxpayer's tax obligations through promoting digital services, attend to written individual income tax enquiry and day-to-day administrative work that may be assigned.
Location: Novena
Duration: around 3 Months, subjected to possible extension
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary: $13.60/H
Requirements:
- Candidates will be provided with general tax training in individual income tax.
- Candidates aspiring to work in the tax industry or had prior work experiences in tax are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior customer service background preferred.
- Good written communication skills.
- Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data.
- Self-motivated individual and able to handle at least 20 cases per day.
