Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a B2C Sales Team Leader for a client specializing in residential solar and battery solutions in Singapore. This role involves managing sales outcomes, closing high-value opportunities, and building a distributed sales team to convert leads into contracts. The position requires a blend of hands-on selling, leadership, and funnel optimization to ensure predictable revenue from Singapore landed homeowners. The successful candidate will report to the Founders/Head of Growth and work with a hybrid team based in Singapore and offshore

The Job:

  • Deliver monthly B2C sales targets for residential solar and battery projects
  • Close large, complex, or strategic landed home opportunities personally
  • Build and scale a high-performing distributed B2C sales team
  • Train the team on consultative selling skills and objection handling
  • Manage the entire B2C sales funnel from lead handover to contract signing

The Talent:

  • Strong sales leader in real estate and insurance sectors with strong passion in driving green economy
  • Strong ability to close high-ticket residential deals with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent skills in selling value, ROI, and trust, not just price
  • Experience managing distributed teams in Singapore and offshore locations
  • Proven track record in leading and scaling inside or hybrid sales teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
