About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

About the Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven B2C Business Lead to spearhead the growth of our consumer-facing App and Card business. This role will own the end-to-end business strategy, customer acquisition, partnerships, product commercialization, and revenue growth for our digital financial ecosystem.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering teams to scale user adoption, increase card spend, optimize customer engagement, and build a high-performing B2C business function.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in fintech, payments, cards, digital banking, consumer apps, or Web3 financial products, with proven success in scaling consumer growth and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Define and execute the overall B2C growth strategy for the App and Card products.
  • Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization initiatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels.
  • Own business KPIs including:
  • Monthly Active Users (MAU)
  • Card issuance and activation
  • Card spend volume
  • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Revenue and profitability
  • Retention and engagement metrics

Product Commercialization

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to launch and scale consumer features.
  • Develop pricing, rewards, loyalty, and campaign strategies to improve customer adoption.
  • Gather customer insights and market intelligence to influence product roadmap priorities.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new launches and feature rollouts.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Build strategic partnerships with merchants, payment networks, ecosystems, and channel partners.
  • Explore collaborations with lifestyle, travel, F&B, fintech, and digital asset ecosystems.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements to drive user growth and transaction volume.

Marketing & Customer Growth

  • Lead integrated growth campaigns across digital, social, referral, influencer, and affiliate channels.
  • Work with marketing teams on lifecycle marketing, CRM, and engagement strategies.
  • Optimize customer onboarding funnels and conversion journeys.

Operational & Risk Oversight

  • Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure scalable and compliant growth.
  • Monitor fraud trends, customer feedback, disputes, and operational performance.
  • Ensure customer experience standards and SLA targets are maintained.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing B2C commercial and growth team.
  • Foster a data-driven and execution-focused culture.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • 8–12 years of experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, cards, consumer apps, or Web3 financial services.
  • Proven track record in scaling B2C products and driving user growth.
  • Strong understanding of card business models, payments ecosystems, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience managing partnerships, marketing campaigns, and commercial performance.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience leading regional or cross-functional teams is highly preferred.

  • Super app or wallet ecosystem exposure
  • Rewards and loyalty program management
  • Web3 / digital assets familiarity is a plus
