Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop assigned B2B customer accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop, negotiate, and execute customer-specific promotion and sales plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotion campaigns, product launches, and customer activation plans
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, launches, and deliveries
  • Monitor sales performance, customer demand, and market trends, and recommend actions to grow revenue
  • Prepare sales reports and support forecasting and account planning

 Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in food sales industry.
  • Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
  • Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
  • Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
  • Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.
  • Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
  • Positive, motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
