(B2B) Sales Engineer - Construction Materials

  • Work Location: Sungei Kadut, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Monthly Salary: up to $4500 + Allowance + Commission
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

  • Sales Growth - Achieve performance targets, expand distribution reach, and strengthen market presence in the construction sector.
  • Business Development - Identify new opportunities, build networks with developers, consultants, architects, and contractors, and secure new clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Maintain strong client relationships, address inquiries with tailored solutions, and provide training or support when needed.
  • Project & Operations Support - Monitor site progress, forecast material needs, and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Market & Reporting - Track industry trends, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision‑making.
  • Negotiation & Accountability - Negotiate terms with dealers and customers, ensuring timely payments and compliance.

Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or related industry
  • Access to own vehicle for work-related travel
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
