We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Farming Sales Executive is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on customer retention, account growth, and delivering exceptional service to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the client experience.
CRM Strategy & Optimization: Using CRM data to identify sales strategies and products based on customer past purchases.
Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O level certificate
1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good interpersonal skills
Target driven personality
Class 3/3A Singapore license is required
