We're Hiring: B2B Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (Germany)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-Level

We're looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategy in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (content, email, social, paid, events).
  • Generate and nurture leads in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Create and oversee content such as case studies, whitepapers, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights.
  • Manage marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead generation, and customer journeys.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tools (email, SEO, paid ads, analytics).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time.
