2. What you will be doing day to day:

- Needs Analysis & Solution-Based Sales Presentations

Deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to the unique needs and goals of each customer.

- Familiarisation with Client Products & Campaigns

Understand the products and services for respective client campaigns to ensure accurate and confident representation.

- Appointment Setting with Key Decision-Makers

Engage directly with business owners and key decision-makers through outbound outreach and face-to-face consultations to introduce and promote client products and services.

- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

Drive consistent new customer acquisition while actively maintaining relationships within the existing customer base to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

- After-Sales Support & Customer Success

Provide responsive and proactive support following a sale to uphold a positive customer experience aligned with client expectations.

- Team Training & Mentorship

Support the development of junior team members to contribute to a high-performance team environment.
