Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and independent Business Development Executive to grow our B2B sales channel through corporate partnerships, bulk sales, consignment opportunities, and strategic collaborations.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can actively hunt for opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals independently. You will be expected to manage your own pipeline, generate leads proactively, and deliver measurable sales results within your first 3 months.

If you require constant supervision or prefer a highly structured environment, this role may not be suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new B2B business opportunities to drive company revenue growth

  • Proactively source and approach potential clients, retailers, corporate partners, and distributors

  • Conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, networking, and meetings

  • Present and promote company products for:

    • Corporate gifting programs

    • Bulk purchases

    • Retail partnerships

    • Consignment opportunities

    • Strategic collaborations

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms professionally

  • Manage the full sales cycle independently - from prospecting to closing

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

  • Follow up closely on leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities

  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new revenue opportunities

  • Maintain proper sales reporting and pipeline updates

Performance Expectations

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Expected to actively generate and manage your own sales opportunities

  • Expected to contribute measurable sales results within the first 3 months

  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability for sales performance

  • Self-discipline and consistency in prospecting, follow-up, and client management are essential

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales

  • Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and client acquisition

  • Confident in handling negotiations and closing deals

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and self-manage effectively

  • Familiar with preparing quotations, proposals, and managing sales pipelines

  • Experience in retail, corporate gifting, wellness products, or consignment partnerships is an advantage
