About the role:
We are seeking aCloud Infrastructure Engineerto manage and optimize infrastructure across on-premises and Azure cloud environments, focusing on automation, security, reliability, and supporting modernization initiatives while ensuring stable day-to-day operations.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office hours
Salary package: $9500 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement platform standards and drive automation to improve operational efficiency and system reliability
- Manage security and compliance, including server patching, access controls, and continuous monitoring
- Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and work with teams on platform performance and scalability
- Support containerization and maintain hybrid cloud environments for different workloads
- Contribute to platform improvements and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Maintain backup, disaster recovery, high availability setups, and ensure proper documentation and runbooks
Technical Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experiencewith Azure cloud platforms, hybrid architectures, and cloud-native technologies
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Familiar with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration platforms
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
- Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks
- Understanding of virtualisation concepts (e.g. Nutanix)
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, security)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practices
Good to Have
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), virtualization, or infrastructure management
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management practices
- Experience in regulated environments
- Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards
