Azure Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

. Operate and continuously improve company's Azure- based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs and support growth.

. Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including incident response and on-call participation.

. Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive performance management.

. Work closely with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.

. Maintain runbooks, operational standards, and support mentoring across teams.

Requirements

. Bachelor in Computer Science with 3 years experience in Azure cloud

. Experience operating and supporting SaaS platforms in Microsoft Azure.

. Experience operating and troubleshooting IIS with .NET applications.

. Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance.

. Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing (Datadog experience is a plus).

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills during incidents.

. Experience with Kubernetes, containerisation, and supporting tools.

. Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

. Good to have experience in Scripting or automation skills (C# is a plus), experience with Remote Desktop Architecture, basic Linux experience

. Security-focused engineering or compliance experience.

. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform.

. Customer-facing incident communication experience.
