Our client is seeking an AWS Network Engineer to support and enhance their cloud and network infrastructure across hybrid environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on network professional with strong exposure to AWS networking, Palo Alto firewalls, and VPN technologies, working closely with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN
- Configure and monitor AWS networking services (VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, NAT Gateways, Load Balancers)
- Troubleshoot network incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes
- Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
- Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and change records
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud platform
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.)
- Working understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
- Cloud and/or Network certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Network) are advantageous
