A Financial Media Client is looking for a meticulous and experienced
Operations Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our virtual and physical awards galas. The role is responsible for managing the full operational lifecycle of each event, from planning and client coordination through to post-event wrap-up, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Candidates with backgrounds in awards operations, conference production, event operations, or finance-focused media/events businesses will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for virtual and physical awards galas
- Coordinate and deliver all client-facing assets and materials within agreed timelines
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, venues, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all operational touchpoints
- Develop and manage project timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in awards operations, conference operations, event operations, or related B2B environments
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience within financial media, conferences, awards, or events businesses preferred
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
