The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager /Senior Finance Manager with strong group consolidation experience to support monthly close activities and drive ad hoc finance projects.
- Review andoversee full set of accounts for thefamily office, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead groupconsolidation close to 100 entities in Singapore and Hong Kong, including:
- Review ofconsolidation outputs
- Intercompanyeliminations, FX, and policy alignment
- Timely closeand variance analysis
- Act as theconsolidation subject matter expert,strengthening processes, controls, and scalability.
- Reviewmanagement reporting, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear insights to senior stakeholders.
- Manageexternal audits, serving as the key point of contact,especially on consolidation matters.
- Overseetreasury and banking relationships acrossentities.
- Partner withstakeholders and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Support adhoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Your Profile
- 10-15 yearsof compliance experience
- Degree in Accounting, Financeor a related discipline, with CPA / CA qualification preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience ingroup consolidation, with the ability to perform as both preparer and reviewer.
- Solid accounting foundationwith strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Big 4 or audit background will be viewed favorably.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders across functions and cultures.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
