A regional corporate bank in Singapore is looking to appoint an AVP/VP level Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join its team. This role combines relationship management responsibilities with exposure to structured finance transactions across a diverse corporate client base.
The role involves managing client relationships while supporting the origination and execution of structured financing solutions, including acquisition finance, project finance, and syndicated loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities and originate structured financing transactions
- Work closely with internal teams to structure and execute transactions including acquisition finance, project finance, and syndicated loans
- Conduct financial analysis and support the preparation of credit proposals for structured deals
- Collaborate with product partners, credit, and risk teams to deliver tailored financing solutions
- Support deal execution including documentation, negotiation, and closing processes
Requirements
- Degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 6-12 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, or related areas
- Experience in corporate lending with exposure to structured finance transactions
- Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capabilities
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and originate business opportunities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
