Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Non-Bank Financial Services (NBFS) clients, including fintech companies, payment service providers, and other financial institutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the NBFS space, with a focus on the payments fintech sector
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the NBFS segment, including cross-selling and up-selling of DBS Bank's products and services
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to NBFS clients, addressing their evolving financial needs and supporting their business objectives
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as product, credit, and operations, to deliver seamless client experiences
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt the bank's offerings and strategies
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential NBFS clients and actively participate in the sales and business development process
- Manage and grow the NBFS portfolio, ensuring profitability and risk mitigation
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the NBFS or fintech industry
- Strong understanding of the NBFS landscape, including the payments fintech space, and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with NBFS clients while balancing AML risk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to provide tailored solutions to NBFS clients
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in the NBFS sector
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
- Proficient in the use of relevant financial and client relationship management tools
