AVP/VP Relationship Manager (Local Corporates) - Regional Bank - Singapore

A regional corporate bank with a strong Singapore franchise is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Relationship Manager to cover Local Corporates.

This role sits within the Corporate Banking team and focuses on managing complex, high-value local corporate relationships. You will be responsible for originating and executing structured lending transactions, deepening wallet share, and partnering internal product and risk teams to deliver comprehensive corporate banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Large Local Corporate clients, acting as the primary coverage banker

• Originate and execute lending transactions including bilateral and syndicated facilities

• Drive cross-sell of corporate banking products such as trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions

• Lead credit origination, financial analysis, and preparation of credit proposals for internal approval

• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and ongoing client credit quality

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of Corporate Banking experience covering Large Local Corporates

• Strong credit fundamentals with experience in complex lending and deal structuring

• Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute sizeable transactions

• Solid understanding of corporate banking products and risk management frameworks

• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
