GTS is focused on the development and deployment of Cash Management (including collections, payments, liquidity management and transactional FX solutions), Documentary and Open Account Trade Finance, and Securities & Fiduciary products to the Bank's IBG client base.

In GTS Securities & Fiduciary Services, Client Management & Implementation, you will be part of a team that provides sales and services to financial institutions, corporations, and SME customers.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Trade Product Manager to drive the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of inventory financing solutions within our trade finance portfolio. This role focuses on aligning products with client needs, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while fostering product innovation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Development: Develop and execute strategies for inventory financing products and structured solutions (e.g., warehouse financing, pre-shipments financing, identifying market opportunities and designing scalable solutions.
- Product Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, monitor performance (profitability, utilization, risk), and optimize pricing strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Risk, Credit, Legal, Operations, Sales, Technology) and external partners to support product delivery and client engagement.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure product compliance with regulations and internal risk policies, working with credit and risk teams on transaction structuring and portfolio monitoring.
- Commercialization: Drive product adoption and revenue growth across target client segments, supporting sales teams and gathering client feedback.
- Digital Innovation: Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and digital solutions, collaborating with technology teams on platform enhancements and automation.
- New Product Initiatives: Support the rollout of new Trade products and initiatives, including market research, NPA drafting, legal documentation, and tech specifications.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of trade finance, working capital solutions, and specifically inventory financing (e.g., borrowing base, warehouse financing, pre-shipments financing). Understanding of supply chain structures and collateral management.
- Risk & Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of credit risk, collateral valuation, portfolio management, and financial statement analysis.
- Product Management: Proven experience in product development and lifecycle management within banking or financial services, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder & Communication: Ability to influence, collaborate, and present effectively across functions, with experience supporting sales and deal origination.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with trade finance regulations, compliance standards (AML, KYC), and fraud risk considerations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in trade finance, transaction banking, or structured working capital solutions.
- Specific experience with inventory financing or supply chain finance products is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with digital trade platforms or fintech solutions is a plus.
